Seminar Accommodation & Booking
Important notes about the Accommodation:
- For your accommodation at Uluru, we are offering two options – the Outback Pioneer Lodge and the Campground. Accommodations are located within minutes of each other using the free shuttle service. Details and costs on the various options are below. Once you have decided on your accommodation option, use the link to our Accommodation Booking Form below.
- Accommodation covers 4 nights at Uluru from Friday night 6th to Monday night 9th September 2019. If you are arriving at Uluru before or after these dates then you need to arrange your own accommodation. Various accommodation options are available here.
- Costs are per person for the whole duration of the Seminar. There are no partial day options. You will need to pay for the whole duration even if you come for one or two days.
- Costs are for accommodation only. Costs for Registrations and Dakshina are separate, see here.
- There are limited spaces for the various options that include a bed. When these options are full, guests will be accommodated in the Campground area. Accommodation will be allocated on a ‘first come basis’ for those who book first. We will try to accommodate you as you have requested, however this will not always be possible.
- Some Rooms and Cabins will only be allocated to elderly or people with special needs.
- Children 0 – 5 years can share a bed with a parent. Children 6 years and over, need to have a bed booked for them.
- After you have submitted the form, we will review and confirm your accommodation request. We will email you the final costs and bank transfer details within 24 hours. Once you receive our response with the final costs and bank transfer details, you will have 5 days to make payment to secure your accommodation.
- When you arrive at Uluru Airport, catch the free shuttle operated by the resort to take you to your accommodation. Yogis should be able to go directly to their accommodation as we are providing the Outback Pioneer Lodge and the Campground reception desks with the room allocations for everyone who has booked their accommodation through us.

Each Accommodation option below has a Booking Code. Please take note of the Booking Code for the accommodation option of your choice to ensure you book the correct option in the Booking form below.
Outback Pioneer Lodge – Details and Prices
Located within Ayers Rock Resort, only 20km from Uluru, the Lodge has budget Rooms with and without bathroom, as well as hostel type accommodation. (Google map)
Two styles of hostel accommodation are available including 20 bed female and male dormitories and four bed budget rooms, both have shared bathroom facilities. Dorms feature air-conditioning and heating and have access to communal showers and toilets, a common room with television and internet access, a communal self-catering kitchen and shared self-service laundry facilities.
These rooms can be for all age single bookings or families (Max 4 people to a room). Children 0 – 5 years can share a bed with a parent. Children 6 years and over, need to have a bed booked for them.

DORMITORY ROOMS FOR Men & Ladies
20 beds per Room. One room for Men and one room for Ladies.
Dormitory features communal single-sex bathroom shower and toilet facilities.

BUDGET ROOM – WITH BATHROOM
Budget rooms with bathroom feature four single bunk beds, some rooms have one double and two single bunk beds, all rooms have a private ensuite bathroom. 4 people max per room. Priority will be given to senior yogis over 60 for these rooms.

BUDGET ROOM – WITHOUT BATHROOM
Budget rooms without bathroom feature one double bed and two single bunk beds. 4 people max per room. For all age single yogis and families.

Campground – Details and Prices
Located 15km from Uluru, the Campground has options from air-conditioned cabins to powered sites for caravans, campervans, motor homes and camper trailers, or pitch your tent on lush green grass under the shade of native desert oaks. The Campground also provides a range of services and facilities including a swimming pool, playground, bbq facilities and outdoor kitchen and self-service laundry facilities. (Google map)

2 Bedroom Cabins
The campground offers 14 air-conditioned cabins with shared bathroom facilities. Cabins feature 2 bedrooms, linen, cooking facilities and utensils, microwave, refrigerator and television. Bedding configuration is 1 double bed in one bedroom, and 2 sets of single bunk beds in the second bedroom. Sleeps a maximum of 6 people. All the bed linen (sheets and blankets) and towels are supplied.

Camping – Non-Powered Site
There are 220 non-powered tent sites on a spacious area located within close proximity to shared facilities. Only the tent and ground cover is provided. Yogis MUST bring their own sleeping bag and mattress.

Using your own tent, you’ll be staying in the Campground area on Mother Earth.
