This form will assist you to determine your registration costs, Puja Dakshina and any discounts for meals and transport that may not be required.
You can also enter your Flight arrival and departure details so airport transport can be arranged for you.
Any dietary requirements should be entered in this form.
The amount payable will be calculated for you at the bottom of the form. After you have submitted the form, you will receive a confirmation email with the details entered plus how to make your payment.
